The secret to our success isn’t an illusion or some flim-flam trickery. No. The secret is just relishing relationships and doing good work with good people (the origin of our tagline). Work doesn’t have to be painful and we try our darndest to make sure it isn’t — for our team and yours.
Put it all on the line
Maybe you use the term “exceed expectations” or “giving it 110%”… We simply say we put our heart into it. We love what we do and the clients with which we choose to work. Passion runs high and it shows in everything we do.
Laugh at the craziness.
We refuse to play the role of a pretentious ad agency. We can’t pull it off because it’s not who we are. Who said meetings have to be boring? Not us! What do you expect from agency who’s mascot is an orange ceramic pig named Kevin Bacon?
We want to be the “anything is possible” agency and we want to work with people who feel the same.

Tripp Co. Creative (our friends call us Trippco) is a St. Louis branding + marketing + design + interactive agency with a passion for igniting brands with our integrated approach.
We always start with smart marketing strategies and support them through print, web, community engagement + social media and so much more. Trippco believes it takes more than great design or a flashy website and more about creative brands that stand out and become category leaders.

A creative communications firm located in St. Louis, MO, is currently seeking an Account/Communications Specialist. Our company is fast growing, small and highly diversified with multiple services including: Graphic Design, New Media (Web), Direct Mail, Branding, Social Media and much more.
As an Account/Communications Specialist, the ideal candidate will need to possess an extreme passion and knowledge for B2B and B2C Marketing and the “ins and outs” of working for a creative communications agency. We are rapidly growing and the right candidate should be ready to grow with our company. We take the work seriously but not ourselves, so a sense of humor is a must!
Qualifications and Abilities:
*Minimum BA in English, Communications, Marketing and/or Public Relations or related field
*Minimum 2 years experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficient with Microsoft Office
*Familiarity with Adobe Suite
*Excellent customer service skills
*Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into actionable items
*Ability to stay on task and thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
*Ability to reprioritize or stay late to meet last minute deadlines
Example day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:
*Manage accounts and act as a liaison between the agency and the client
*Create engaging and persuasive content (Social Media, white papers, presentations, proposals, articles, etc.)
*Develop surveys, reports and presentations
*Self manage workload and projects in to support clients and meet required deadlines
*Support team by fulfilling administrative, research and other duties as assigned
