The secret to our success isn’t an illusion or some flim-flam trickery. No. The secret is just relishing relationships and doing good work with good people (the origin of our tagline). Work doesn’t have to be painful and we try our darndest to make sure it isn’t — for our team and yours.

Maybe you use the term “exceed expectations” or “giving it 110%”… We simply say we put our heart into it. We love what we do and the clients with which we choose to work. Passion runs high and it shows in everything we do.

We refuse to play the role of a pretentious ad agency. We can’t pull it off because it’s not who we are. Who said meetings have to be boring? Not us! What do you expect from agency who’s mascot is an orange ceramic pig named Kevin Bacon?

We take the guesswork out of your project with our kick-off sessions.

There’s no smoke and mirrors here. No razzle dazzle – just rolling up our sleeves and digging in. We want to get to know the soul of your business, listen to your needs, identify challenges, understand your audience and discover how to make your customers respond. We’ll brainstorm strategies, present solutions, set requirements, confirm budgets and set out timelines. This groundwork builds the foundation of everything we produce.

Step 2: Ideate and Create

We focus on your goals and collaboratively brainstorm ideas and explore options; discuss our concepts and conceive creative solutions.

We sketch, wire frame, explore formats and assemble the best creative designs. Then, when all the dust has settled and the tears have dried, we present designs for feedback and implement your comments – making the end product as refined and polished as possible.

Step 3: Deploy

Now it’s time to let the baby bird leave the nest.

After all strategies are in place and all pieces of the puzzle have been designed, we put it out into the market. Every project we undertake is more than just the end product – it’s a combination of intelligent strategy, a proven process, creative problem solving and informed intuition. We watch all the details – build things right the first time and tweak until it’s absolutely perfect.

Step 4: Measure

We watch reactions and track the success.

We can use our marketing expertise and tracking tools for measurement where you thought there was none. If it’s measurable, we can tell you, and if it’s not, we can sometimes still tell you! This monitoring allows us to track success for sure, but it also helps reveal inspiration for new programs.

A creative communications firm located in St. Louis, MO, is currently seeking an Account/Communications Specialist. Our company is fast growing, small and highly diversified with multiple services including: Graphic Design, New Media (Web), Direct Mail, Branding, Social Media and much more.

As an Account/Communications Specialist, the ideal candidate will need to possess an extreme passion and knowledge for B2B and B2C Marketing and the “ins and outs” of working for a creative communications agency. We are rapidly growing and the right candidate should be ready to grow with our company. We take the work seriously but not ourselves, so a sense of humor is a must!

Qualifications and Abilities:

*Minimum BA in English, Communications, Marketing and/or Public Relations or related field
*Minimum 2 years experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficient with Microsoft Office
*Familiarity with Adobe Suite
*Excellent customer service skills
*Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into actionable items
*Ability to stay on task and thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
*Ability to reprioritize or stay late to meet last minute deadlines

Example day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:

*Manage accounts and act as a liaison between the agency and the client
*Create engaging and persuasive content (Social Media, white papers, presentations, proposals, articles, etc.)
*Develop surveys, reports and presentations
*Self manage workload and projects in to support clients and meet required deadlines
*Support team by fulfilling administrative, research and other duties as assigned
